Where do we ship from?
Most orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.

Domestic Shipping Only. No International Shipping at this time.
All USA orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. Most orders are processed and out the door in 3 to 5 business days, but transit time can take up to 6+ days, depending on your distance from Los Angeles, CA.

Orders that are shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes cannot be expedited, and will be shipped via USPS First Class Package or USPS Priority Mail.

RETURNS

Full priced items and non-sales items
Items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, undamaged, unaltered, etc.) with the original packaging intact and any tags attached.

Online Returns
If you wish to initiate a return, please email us at info@clayous.com. 

Gift Card Returns
Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Product Exchange
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Should you have any issues with your order please email us at info@clayous.com

Damaged Items
If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to info@clayous.com. In the email, please include your order number and pictures of the damaged product and the package in which your order arrived. This will help us make sure our shipping methods are the best we can provide.
